You are free to leave our panel at any time. Just send us an email to [email protected] and ask us to remove you from the panel. You can also directly close your account from your personal profile page.

You can check your balance and your payment history by logging into your personal profile page.

The compensation you receive will vary for each survey. Generally it is based on the length and complexity and you will be reasonably rewarded for your efforts.
